A tag is one data point read from a device (e.g. one flow meter reading). Virtual tags do not count.

MergenHub Mobile (iOS / Android)
Server mode: live values, writes, alarm acknowledge, SCADA screens and push notifications on alarms; phone mode runs the drivers on the phone itself. No extra license.
Also included: the first year of Maintenance & Support — every version upgrade is free while maintenance is active.
What Maintenance & Support covers
The renewal fee is 20% of the list price current at the renewal date (list prices are reviewed quarterly). The first year of Maintenance & Support is included with every licence. When it ends your software keeps running and you may use the installed version indefinitely; but you cannot move to versions released after your maintenance end date, and support stops. Renewing maintenance re-opens new versions and support. Renew from the licence page.
Version upgrades
New releases, drivers and modules at no extra cost while maintenance is active.
Bug & security fixes
Reported bugs are prioritised; security patches ship to all packages the same day.
E-mail / portal support
Tracked tickets from the customer panel; you are notified on resolution.

Without maintenance, upgrades continue; support tickets are not answered. This is not a package catalogue: Maintenance & Support attaches to a specific licence you own, not to a package — so only the packages of the licences on your account appear here. For another package you first need a licence of that package.
