Membership & Terms of Use

This agreement between the member and Envest Enerji ve Su Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. governs use of mergenhub.envest.com.tr and the purchase/management of MergenHub licences. By creating an account you accept these terms, the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy.

• You warrant that your account and invoicing details (name/company, tax ID, address) are accurate; you are responsible for your credentials and all activity on your account.
• A licence is a right to use the software within the package (tag limit) and term (perpetual/annual) on the licence document — not a transfer of ownership. Reverse engineering, copying and transfer to third parties are prohibited. One licence is active on one machine at a time; you may release and move it yourself.
• Prices are in Turkish Lira excluding VAT; VAT is shown at checkout. Bank-transfer orders are fulfilled when payment is received and confirmed.
• You may delete your account at any time; legally retained records (invoices) are kept. Liability is limited to the order amount; Kayseri courts have jurisdiction, consumer rights reserved.
