This agreement covers the online sale and digital delivery of MergenHub software licences and Maintenance & Support ordered on mergenhub.envest.com.tr. Package, tag limit, term, unit price, VAT and total are shown in the order summary and form part of this agreement. Prices are in TRY excluding VAT. Delivery occurs when the licence key is made available in the customer panel and sent by e-mail; nothing is shipped physically.

Refunds: the Seller grants a refund request window of 2 days from payment confirmation; requests after that are not accepted. Requests are made from the panel and reviewed by the Seller; if approved the licence is revoked and the amount refunded via the original method. Consumers: under Art. 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digitally delivered software; the buyer acknowledges immediate delivery and that the 2-day window is a commercial courtesy. Business buyers (tax-registered) are outside consumer law.

The invoice is issued as e-Invoice/e-Archive with the details confirmed at checkout. Disputes: [email protected]; consumer arbitration boards/courts at the buyer's residence within statutory limits, otherwise Kayseri courts. Acceptance is recorded with date, IP and agreement version.
