Personal Data (KVKK) Notice

Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Envest Enerji ve Su Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. (, [email protected]) is the data controller. We process identity/contact data, invoicing data (tax ID, address), transaction data (orders, licence keys, activation machine name and an anonymous machine fingerprint), technical data (IP, browser, consent timestamps) and — only for unlicensed trial installations and with your explicit consent — anonymous application telemetry.

Purposes: creating your account and performing the contract (licence delivery, activation, support); invoicing and tax obligations; security and licence validation; marketing and telemetry only with consent. Data is shared with payment providers, the e-invoice integrator, e-mail/SMS providers and authorities where legally required. Membership data is kept for the membership term plus 3 years; invoice and order records for 10 years as required by Turkish tax and commercial law. On account deletion your contact data is anonymised immediately; legally retained invoice records are kept.
