What it does
The Alarms & Events (A&E) module evaluates tag conditions per the ISA-18.2 alarm lifecycle: an alarm is raised, cleared and acknowledged. Alarm history is retained and organized by an Area > Source > Condition hierarchy.
Key features
Deadband suppresses chatter around thresholds. Notifications are sent by e-mail and SMS (NetGSM or a generic HTTP template). Each user chooses their own notification preferences.
